Terms of Use

1. After you create a booking, you must confirm with the client that all details are correct before you accept payment and issue a ticket.
2. You must remind the client that changes made after booking will incur charges. All bookings are subject to our terms and conditions of service
3. If a genuine mistake has been made, reported to within 60 minutes and before the flight has departed so that we can fix. If any charges apply then we will advice accordingly.
